In DayZ, water sickness is actually Cholera. Each DayZ disease requires specific treatment. No pill or medical device in the game can help you fix that. LOL, that is all. The original dayz mod was all about survival not pvp and combat. There is more water on the current map than ever before. Dont blame the game for you being lazy and ignorant, that's all on you.
